About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Consultant to join our team at Blue Star Ener Guide Inc. As an Energy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine Plans and Drawings: Carefully review and analyze building plans, drawings, and site layouts to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with specifications and building codes.
  • Inspect Construction Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the construction process, identify any deviations from plans, and ensure that safe working conditions are maintained.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all construction work meets the required standards, specifications, and building codes.
  • Provide Reports: Prepare detailed reports on the condition of new or resale homes, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Certification and Licenses: Ensure that all necessary certifications and licenses are obtained and maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
