Job Summary:

As a Site Superintendent with TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Construction Management: Develop and maintain master project schedules, assess commissioning and O&M requirements, and review contracts with the Project Manager.
• Construction Management: Plan, organize, direct, and control daily construction operations, including site logistics, quality management, and risk management.
• Post-Construction Management: Complete warranty work, close site accounts, and demobilize the site.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
• Certification of First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, and a valid driver's license.
• 5+ years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential construction management.
• Strong familiarity with contract administration, drawings, specifications, and building practices.
• Excellent budgeting, costing, and scheduling skills.
• Solid understanding of construction industry practices, OBC, OHSA, and WCB regulations.
• Experience using MS Word, Outlook, MS Project, Electronic Document Management System, Bluebeam, and Plan Grid.
