Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment.
  • Stock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' belongings are safe and secure.
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities to our guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
