Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our Pizza Hut team.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities- Leadership: Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and promote a positive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by training staff on effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Inventory Management: Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize stock levels.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer software applications.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
