Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Lahore's Premium Kabab House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using a range of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
