Job Description

At Collicutt Energy Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional solutions-oriented services. As a Heavy Equipment Technican with FRAC experience, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects while being part of a dynamic, safety-first team. Reporting to the Lead Service Technicians, you'll be responsible for taking on various challenges and ensuring that all equipment is in top working condition.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • The completion of 500-hour inspections and services
  • The inspection and maintenance of hydraulic systems, including hose replacements
  • Service of power end fluid and filters
  • Replacement of engine and transmission cooler, including cooling system flush
  • Replacement of engine seals, turbo, head, cylinder pack and injectors
  • Major component swaps (Transmission, Engine, and Rad bundles)
  • Perform pre and post repair run up testing of customer units
  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel and dual fuel engines
  • Develop productive customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area while ensuring tool functionality
  • Communicate unresolved issues to the Service Coordinator and Team Leads
  • Complete required documentation at high-quality including JSA, service worksheets, time sheets, warranty claims, quality control documents, and picture documentation
  • Willingness and ability to support other field staff and work overtime hours as required
