About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our team at Leap Tools Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated backend systems, providing leadership through exemplary interpersonal skills and technical expertise, launching visually stunning 3D experiences for clients in the home decor industry, and driving technical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance C++ backend systems
  • Lead by example, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative 3D experiences for clients
  • Drive the adoption of technical standards and best practices across the organization
Requirements
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, with a degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software development
  • Proven track record of C++ development, with a focus on backend systems
  • Ability to develop foundational libraries used across the company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and project stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members
  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
