We are a reputable banquet and grill house seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our team. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Operating Costs and Data

Monitor and analyze operating costs and other relevant data to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.

  • Instruct and Train Kitchen Staff

Provide guidance and instruction to cooks and other kitchen staff on preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.

  • Supervise Kitchen Operations

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Prepare and Cook Meals

Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, using high-quality ingredients and presentation techniques.

  • Requisition Supplies

Procure and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our events.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Language and Work Environment

Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
