Carpentry Team Lead

Ridgetechone Reinforcing Corp. is seeking a skilled Carpenters Foreman/Woman to lead our carpentry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and experience in supervising workers and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare production and other reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise workers and projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Train or arrange for training to ensure that workers have the necessary skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Estimate costs and materials to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that projects have the necessary resources.
