Job Title: Contracts Manager

BC Pavilion Corporation is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to lead the contract management activities for a 24-month project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Construction Manager to coordinate the receipt, review, and approval of project correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the review process for monthly invoices from contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system to monitor correspondence and maintain awareness of issues and concerns.
  • Coordinate contract change management and draft initial change documents.
  • Review and evaluate change-related documents and contractor claims.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure and Capital Projects team to ensure timely completion of project activities.
Requirements:
  • PMP certification and/or CPCM certification and/or Chartered Quantity Surveyor is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education and several years of experience in contract administration or contract management.
  • Five to seven years' project management experience.
  • Minimum of seven years in contract management roles on infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in commercial construction and/or development is preferred.
What We Offer:

The salary range for this position is $94,084 – 117,605. Offers will be in line with PavCo's internal pay equity and qualified candidate's experience and education.
