Job Title: Truck and Transport Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Transport Mechanic to join our team at Goodall Transolution Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and trailers. This includes adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components, inspecting and testing mechanical units, and performing scheduled maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Discuss work with supervisor
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements:
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
