Job Title: Sales Associate - Spirit Consignment

The Sales Associate will play a vital role in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. This individual will be responsible for maintaining exceptional Guest Services as per Company Standards. Key responsibilities include generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The Sales Associate will also support the Store Management Team in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store
  • Maintain exceptional Guest Services as per Company Standards
  • Generate sales and support Store Management Team in achieving sales goals
  • Perform sign waving and general housekeeping duties
  • Assist with merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations
  • Support loss prevention efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16
  • Ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours

Important Note:

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
