This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Wholesale Operations team as an Operational Risk and Control specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our Operational Risk and Control framework, ensuring effective risk management practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of Operational Risk and Control policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational risk management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of operational risk management.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Operational Risk, Control, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
