VCA Canada is currently welcoming experienced Veterinarians to join our 24-hour emergency hospital. We have both full-time and part-time roles available. The ideal candidates will have previous emergency experience, but we are open to candidates who have done an internship in emergency medicine or a rotating internship. If you are a member in good standing with the CVO, possess strong leadership skills, are a team player, have excellent diagnostic skills, and are comfortable performing routine emergency surgeries, this role is for you.
Additional qualifications include:
- A valid DVM from an accredited university
- Genuine passion for veterinary medicine and for our furry friends
- Dedicated to promoting team-based medicine practices
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues, pet parents, and community
- A passion for coaching and mentoring
