Job Description
The Dispensary Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring that all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and safely while providing pharmaceutical patient care. This role requires collaboration with the pharmacy team to optimize medication continuity and resident outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate initiative and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Current licensure as a pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A).
2. Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with healthcare teams and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Effective organization, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
