About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Tamarind Indian Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource utilization
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Tamarind Indian Bistro, you will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential. You will be part of a team that values teamwork, reliability, and judgement.
