Job Description

This is a key leadership role that requires collaboration and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating patient care, providing nursing care according to the Standards of Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario, and applying critical thinking to effectively manage prioritization of work and respond to a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Provide nursing care according to established standards
  • Apply critical thinking to prioritize tasks and manage workload
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Recent experience in Level 3 critical care unit (as defined by CCSO)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of interpersonal and inter-professional conflict resolution and HHS Values Based Code of Conduct and Mutual Respect
  • Demonstrated commitment to self-directed professional education and development
  • Demonstrated understanding of Problem Solving and Continuous Quality Improvement Processes
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $39.07-$56.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

Estimated Annual Salary: $80,844 - $116,320
