About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Primary Care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical care and services to individuals, groups, and communities.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
  • Conduct assessments and provide nursing care through appropriate interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
  • Three years recent, related clinical nursing experience in primary care nursing and/or chronic disease management settings.
  • Current valid driver's license.
