Job Summary

Craig McNaught is seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Provider to join our team. As a Personal Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Change non-sterile dressings and provide wound care as needed.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the client's home is safe and comfortable.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing healthy meals and snacks for clients.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar field is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
Work Environment

Clients' homes, with room and board provided.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in this role.
