Job Description

The Marketing and Proposal Writing Coordinator role involves creating engaging content for our social media platforms, website, and newsletters, as well as applying your creative skills to complete smaller tasks such as PowerPoint presentations, email headers, and event invitations. You will be responsible for crafting construction proposals, managing social media platforms, assisting in the planning and execution of internal events, and writing professional emails for community outreach and engagement.

This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, with casual dress, dental care, disability insurance, and on-site parking. If you have a passion for construction, creative content, and community engagement, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Content creation and management for social media platforms and website
  • Proposal writing and development
  • Event planning and execution
  • Email writing and correspondence
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, and proposal writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of social media analytics and monitoring tools, and willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
