About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Medical Policy Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Services Lead. In this key position, you'll oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, clinical opportunities, and vaccinations.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, and staying current on industry trends. Your expertise will guide our teams in providing exceptional patient care and support.

This is a permanent opportunity with competitive compensation. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000-$120,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Bring
  • A degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Experience in clinical settings, preferably with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) knowledge
  • Proficiency in Pharmacy Software solutions, such as Kroll
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
