The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network architecture, industrial control systems (ICS), cybersecurity, and OT protocols. The OT Network Architect will be responsible for developing and enforcing network and hardware standards, designing redundant architectures, evaluating vendors, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing network and hardware standards and policies.
- Evaluating vendors and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.
- Designing redundant architectures and ensuring high availability.
- Implementing network segmentation strategies and ensuring secure connectivity.
- Configuring and optimizing firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, industrial DMZs, and VPNs for secure communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in network architecture, industrial networking, or OT cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of OT/ICS protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, PROFINET, and BACnet.
- Experience designing and securing SCADA, DCS, PLC, and IIoT environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent networking/security devices.
