The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead - Web Development to join our team. As a key member of our information technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting web-based software products.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a diploma or university degree in computer science or business administration, or equivalent work experience. 5 years of experience as an Angular/UI Developer is required.

You must possess advanced technical abilities and experience, adept problem-solving and analytical skills, creativity, and an eye for detail. Superior communication skills with the ability to navigate group dynamics, being approachable, and having a friendly demeanor are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test reliable and reusable code.
  • Provide client support to troubleshoot bugs and performance issues within applications and devise solutions to these problems that span multiple systems.
  • Analysis of requirements, user interface sketches, estimating, and solution proposals.
  • Providing database support and data fix analysis and remediation.
  • Writing, updating, and maintaining documentation.
  • Participate in estimation of work effort needed to create release plans and roadmaps.
  • Develop and test software in a variety of programming languages and environments.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Participate in the implementation and deployment of solutions.
  • Participate in the debugging and resolution of production issues.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance as needed in the development of new and existing projects.
  • Actively participate in coaching and mentoring of software developers.
