We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Continental Motel & Dining Lounge. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage staff in various areas of responsibility
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
