Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, appliances, and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning products in a manner that ensures safety and efficiency
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash on a regular basis
  • Maintain kitchen knives in good condition by sharpening them as needed
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit as required
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week
