Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Horizon Truck Repair Limited. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, including trend analysis and variance reports.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
