Inventory Optimization and Strategic Planning Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Optimization and Strategic Planning Professional to join our dynamic planning team at Mejuri. This is an exciting opportunity for a business-savvy, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills, proficient in Excel, Blueridge, and business intelligence tools. They will have 6+ years of experience in demand planning, merchandising planning, or retail analytics within fast-paced retail or e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive collaboration across functions to integrate product strategies, promotional plans, inventory objectives, and market trends into accurate and actionable demand plans.
  • Optimize inventory levels by leveraging statistical models and incorporating business inputs to ensure forecasts align with strategic objectives.
  • Enhance forecasting tools and processes to maximize the capabilities of Blueridge and other planning tools.
  • Support strategic initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders on assortment planning, financial planning, and marketing strategies.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling them to present complex data clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
