Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Day-to-Day Support: Offer technical assistance to business users on ERP systems and other critical business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor and Maintain ETL Processes: Ensure data integrity and timely data flows by monitoring and maintaining ETL processes.
  • Support Cloud Platforms: Assist in managing, configuring, and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify the root cause of incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Write and Execute SQL Queries: Develop and execute SQL queries to support application data requests, troubleshoot data-related issues, and provide reporting for end users.
  • Assist with Application Deployments: Support application deployments, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Work with Business Teams: Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements for new application features and functionalities.
  • Create Support Documentation: Develop and maintain support documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to application processes.
  • Follow ITIL Practices: Adhere to ITIL service management practices to manage incidents, changes, and service requests.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Application Support: Possess 2+ years of experience in application support, particularly with ERP systems and cloud platforms.
  • Strong SQL Knowledge: Have strong knowledge of SQL and experience in writing queries, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • ETL Process Experience: Have experience with ETL processes and tools.
  • Cloud Platform Familiarity: Be familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Task Management: Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Certification: Hold ITIL certification or have experience with ITIL service management frameworks.
  • ERP System Experience: Have previous experience in supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • System Monitoring Tools: Be familiar with system monitoring tools and techniques.
