Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for continuously improving and developing specific management skills by taking ownership of the responsibilities assigned by the management team. This includes meeting and exceeding store sales, KPIs, and personal targets, promoting and acting as a brand ambassador of Mackage, and ensuring proactive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed store sales, KPIs, and personal targets
  • Promote and act as a brand ambassador of Mackage
  • Ensure proactive client engagement
  • Provide a continuous focus on customer service, operations, and product training
  • Support all operational tasks front and back of house
  • Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a store/customer service environment
  • Supervisor experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills
  • Model a positive attitude, professional appearance, and behavior
  • Good understanding of fashion trends
  • Experience in visual merchandising is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems
