About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Expert to join our team as a Manager, Supply Chain and Fulfillment. This role will oversee a team supporting the supply chain for our customers, including order management and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team supporting the order management and fulfillment processes for assigned customers, ensuring that orders are entered, confirmed, and shipped according to customer requirements and service level expectations.
  • Deliver world-class performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate/On Time and In Full (OTIF), customer fines, order cycle time, unitization, forecast accuracy.
  • Create a culture within the team that prioritizes innovative ways of working to improve our delivery of customer satisfaction as top priority.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDERS, AND PROACTIVELY COMMUNICATE AND RESOLVE ANY ISSUES OR OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAY ARISE.
  • Analyze customer demand patterns, inventory levels, shelf life, and forecast accuracy, and provide input and recommendations to the demand planning and supply planning teams to optimize the supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the food industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, defined contribution pension plan with company matching, learning and development opportunities, and up to two paid days annually to volunteer at a cause of your choice.
