About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Clearwater Structures Inc. as a key member of our maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Inspect Equipment: Utilize technical expertise to detect faults and malfunctions in heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and Repair: Employ computerized and other testing equipment to diagnose faults, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Maintenance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and documentation.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Possess welding experience and perform tasks related to fabrication and repair of heavy equipment.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturers' specifications and performs properly.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
  • Heavy Truck Repair: Repair and maintain heavy trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Service and Maintenance: Service attachments and working tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
