We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Digital Advisor to join our Federal Digital Advisory team at MNP. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop innovative digital solutions that drive meaningful results.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the delivery of consulting services such as digital transformation strategy and planning, technology solution selection, program and project leadership, organizational change management, facilitated decision-making and learning and development
  2. Participate in challenging and often unique engagements with clients
  3. Support proposal development along with the implementation, administration, and completion of client engagements
  4. Perform complex and detailed research, interpretation, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to propose, plan and implement recommendations
  5. Participate in research through the collection, development and analysis of data (through online content, report review, interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data)
  6. Design, develop, format and proofread professional reports, proposals, presentations and correspondence
  7. Deliver formal presentations and reports for client engagements
  8. Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans
  9. Develop positive working relationships and liaise with clients and colleagues
  10. Ensure delivery of high-quality client service products
  11. Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services and clientele through experiential learning with clients
  12. Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and a generous paid time off policy.
