Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and quality service.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, address customers' complaints or concerns, clean and prepare surfaces, and clean and sanitize kitchen areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
