About the Role

Clovermead Farms Inc. is seeking a skilled Dairy Farm Worker to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our dairy cattle and crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disinfect pens, barns, and poultry houses to maintain a clean and safe environment for our animals.
  • Handle and care for our livestock, including feeding, monitoring health, and treating any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our crops, including planting, cultivating, and irrigating as needed.
  • Supervise milking operations to ensure that our dairy cattle are milked efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain the smooth operation of our farm.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions. Staff accommodation is provided on site.
