Gas Station Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at CIRCLE K GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Hire and train new staff members, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is always stocked with the necessary products.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Support for Persons with Disabilities: As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees: You will also provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
Support for Youths: Additionally, you will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for Indigenous People: You will provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a 32-hour workweek. The work language is English.
