At Hills Kitchen, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment. This includes cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. You will also be responsible for handling and storing cleaning products, receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash, sharpening kitchen knives, sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, and washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit. In return for your hard work, you will receive gratuities and enjoy a permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
