Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at KNAAR RESTAURANTS CORP. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring that dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and other items by hand, as needed
  • Scour pots and pans to remove food residue and stains
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, sinks, and countertops
  • Restock dish supplies, including soap, sanitizer, and utensils
  • Assist with receiving and storing supplies, including food, paper products, and cleaning chemicals
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
