Job Responsibilities:
- Support team members with various architectural tasks
- Prepare programming space for studies and projects
- Evaluate building code and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Develop working drawings using Revit
- Assist with drawing submissions, building permits, and construction administration
- Participate in deficiency reviews, site details, and site visits as required
- Ongoing tasks aligned with AIBC internship goals
Requirements:
- Architecture degree from Arch in Architecture or an institution recognized by the AIBC/CACB
- 2-3 years of experience working in an office setting
- Strong Adobe skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficient in Revit
- Computer rendering and digital visualization skills
- Familiarity with the BC Building Code
- Valid driver's license
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
