Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sports and fitness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as required. A safe and supportive work environment is provided.
