**Job Summary:**

CareerArc is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Inventory Manager to join our logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be able to motivate and lead a team of warehouse staff, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and inventory management systems.
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
  • Investigate and resolve any warehouse or inventory-related issues.

**Requirements:**

  • High school equivalent or higher with good math skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs boxes daily.
