Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our team at the IBM Client Innovation Centre Quebec (CIC). As a key member of our mobile development team, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects that propel our clients' businesses forward and improve people's lives.


Job Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the development of client projects, including new Apps, feature development on existing applications, and maintenance, helping our clients build highly scalable Apps.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in iOS Development.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You are comfortable with Swift/SwiftUI.
  • You care about user interaction, usability, and making the interface beautiful.
  • Having worked with REST APIs and JSON.
  • You know what to test, why to test it, and how to write flexible tests that won't break.
  • You enjoy working with multinational cross-functional teams.

Experience

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Xcode/Swift/SwiftUI.
  • GIT/Source Code Management (GitHub, GitLab).
  • A good understanding of software architecture (MVVM).
  • Reactive programming (Combine).
  • UI frameworks (UIKit and mainly SwiftUI).
  • Dependency management.
  • Basic knowledge of testing (Unit, UI).
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 CAD, depending on experience.
