Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business decisions.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Health and Safety, Environmental, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
