Job Summary

Muchalat Projects Ltd is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a carpenter in residential construction. This is a permanent opportunity that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare estimates of labour and material costs for projects.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
  • Survey building locations and levels.
  • Instruct apprentices.
  • Supervise other workers.
Requirements
  • Carpenter Trade Certification.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Green economy sector experience an asset.
