Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Energy and Emissions team at Fraser Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and managing the implementation of low carbon resilient project initiatives for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are effectively completed
  • Provide leadership and guidance to designated project staff
  • Identify low carbon resilient opportunities through energy audits and assessments
  • Facilitate consensus amongst internal and external stakeholders to secure financial support and human resources
  • Manage low carbon resilience projects to ensure successful implementation and post-project measurement and verification
  • Partner with Planning and Projects teams to develop project charters, plans, and deliverables
  • Contribute to the implementation of effective processes to assess project risks and identify risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, planning, sustainability, or related field
  • Five years' recent experience in a leadership role in project management within a large complex organization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
