Job Title: Construction Laborer - Site Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Matha Civil Construction Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a 32-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles or equipment
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Cleaning and storing salvaged materials
  • Removing debris and rubble from construction sites
  • Tending to machines and equipment used in construction
  • Providing support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as needed
Work Details:

This role requires working in various weather conditions and maintaining a safe working environment. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols.

Salary and Benefits:
