Requirements
  • Ability to travel to the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas
  • Regular attendance and overtime at assigned job sites
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to operate heavy equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment and strong mechanical skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and recognize, communicate, and eliminate hazards
Responsibilities
  • Ability to work on a crew and read plans to organize work
  • Work with forming structures and demonstrate leadership and autonomy
  • Heavy lifting and repetitive motions and knowledge of hand tools
  • Performs other tasks as needed and complies with the Company Safety Program
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday with overtime and weekend availability
  • Ability to work 10-14 hours a day and adapt to changing schedules

Work Location: Mostly Waterloo Region with some travel in Southern Ontario
