We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of professional advisory and technical services in conjunction with Architects and other design teams within our Living, Workplace, Education, Retail, Transit, Healthcare, Mission Critical, and Industrial Facilities practice groups.

Job Description:

As a Project Management Leader, you will be responsible for achieving project objectives, leading project design and technical teams, and implementing effective financial and project controls. You will also mentor project team members, drive project performance, and work collaboratively with technical and design leads.

You will have proven ability to effectively organize, plan, and execute architecturally led projects, as well as sound project management experience within various architectural typologies. Demonstrable commercial capability, including contract administration, risk management, and change management, is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in program development and management is required.

The successful candidate will have a focus on building collaborative and influential relationships both internally and externally, and affiliation to a professional project management body is necessary. You will do meaningful work, helping to deliver sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on Ontario Traffic Council location and industry standards.
