**About Ontario Inc.**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including sales staff, office staff, and volunteer staff.
  • Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, including sales workers and other employees.
  • Operations Management: Oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Authorize return of merchandise and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Store Display and Exhibits: Collaborate with designers to plan and develop permanent and temporary displays for exhibitions and trade shows.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role is necessary.
