At Unreal Gigs, we're seeking a talented Blockchain Architect to join our team and help shape the future of decentralized systems. As a key member of our blockchain development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing secure, efficient, and scalable blockchain solutions that enable next-generation decentralized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop Blockchain Solutions:
  • Develop and deploy blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized systems using platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot.
Develop and Audit Smart Contracts:
  • Write, test, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms, ensuring they're secure, efficient, and bug-free.
Implement Blockchain Protocols:
  • Develop and implement consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, DPoS, etc.) and blockchain protocols that ensure the security, scalability, and decentralization of blockchain networks.
Collaborate on dApp Development:
  • Work closely with front-end and back-end teams to integrate blockchain technology into decentralized applications (dApps), designing APIs and developing SDKs for seamless interactions.
Security and Encryption:
  • Implement cryptographic algorithms to ensure the integrity and privacy of blockchain transactions, using encryption methods like elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) and hash functions.
Maintain and Upgrade Blockchain Systems:
  • Monitor, maintain, and upgrade blockchain networks and systems to ensure they remain secure and functional, handling network forks and optimizing performance.
Explore Emerging Blockchain Technologies:
  • Stay current with the latest developments in blockchain technology, experimenting with new frameworks and protocols to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Blockchain Development Expertise: Strong experience in blockchain development, including working with platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot.
  • Smart Contract Programming: Proficiency in programming languages for smart contracts, such as Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
  • Cryptography and Security: Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, including encryption techniques and consensus mechanisms like PoW, PoS, or Byzantine fault tolerance.
  • Programming and Software Development: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Go, with experience working with APIs, SDKs, and integrating blockchain systems into decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Collaboration and Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cryptography, or a related field. Equivalent experience in blockchain development is highly valued.
  • Certifications or additional coursework in blockchain, cryptography, or decentralized systems are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with hands-on experience building and deploying blockchain solutions.
  • Proven experience writing and auditing smart contracts, developing decentralized applications, and working with blockchain protocols.
  • Experience with cloud-based blockchain services and tools (AWS Blockchain, Azure Blockchain) is highly desirable.
