Job Description

R Wireless is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales and operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure that all sales and operations activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales and operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales and operations goals.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Decide on the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market research and trends.
  • Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets quality and quantity standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and operations.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable.
